1. To raise the sense of self worth of the target children
2. To provide education assistance to the target children so they can have a greater opportunity to fine gainful employment after their schooling in complete
3. To better enable to children's families and wider minority community to understand the opportunities that are available if the children's schooling is encouraged
4. To raise through the children the health status of the community.
