Project Objective:

The objectives of the Country Office are:

1. Increase administrative and management capacity of its service organs for effective planning, delegation, monitoring and reporting to fulfill the mission of the organization.
2. Improving financial management skill and efficiency for providing effective and time bound services in an accountable and transparent matter to its projects, components and stakeholders.
3. Enhance professional competency for providing result oriented service through effective communication and network with on going partners and potential stakeholders.
