If you have been involved, we're hoping you'd like to know more about how to help Symbiosis do even more of the amazing work that it is doing amongst poor communities in Bangladesh. There are various ways of doing this:

1. If you haven't already done so, sign up on the left in the registration section for our free e-newsletter. (you can use your facebook account)  Once registered you can manage your newsletter subscriptions.

Spanning ten weeks and five states and territories, the Great Aussie Rickshaw Ride will launch some 400 Aussie rickshaw riders on a 2000-kilometer quest to raise awareness about global poverty.

The message is simple: alleviating global poverty is achievable through people powered change. It happens when people like you, people who care, decide to take action.

The ride is sponsored by AusAID and profiles a great Australian aid organisation - Symbiosis International - that works to empower the people of Bangladesh and reduce poverty in that nation.
